HOW TO MAKE PASTA SALAD FOR A HOT DAY 🥵

INGREDIENTS;

1 box bowtie pasta

2 c. fresh broccoli florets

1 c. shredded carrots

1 cans garbanzo rinsed

1 c. red onion sliced

1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half

1 c. Genoa salami cut in pieces

5 oz. feta cheese crumbled

DRESSING;

1/2 c. Olive oil

1/2 c. red wine vinegar

2 tsp. oregano

1/4 c. fresh parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste

METHOD;

Cook pasta ONLY 11 min. When 8 min. Has passed add the broccoli and cook for the remaining 3 min. Drain and let cool.

Add the garbanzo, carrots, salami, feta cheese, tomatoes, onions, stir.

In a separate bowl add, oil, vinegar, parsley, oregano salt & pepper, mix and pour over the salad.

Stir and refrigerate at least 1 hr.
