1. Create a world, Normal or Expert (for those who are suicidal), and go there with an end-game character
2. Defeat the Wall of Flesh, so you enter Hardmode
3. Exit the world, and make a new character
4. Use that new character in the hardmode world

Dying is guaranteed.

I've beaten the Merfolk challenge about a year ago, I tried a drow elf challenge but gave up when 1.3 was released, but I hate the corruption challenge. No matter how hard I try or how much money I spend on greed solution, it always manages to spread back to my base.

The drow elf challenge sounds awesome, but I have a challenge far harder than any you've said thus far: the every mob banner challenge. Sounds simple, right? Let me crush your dreams with 2 words: Nymph Banner

One that I never see mentioned is the "Coin Gun only" run - you play with 1 silver coin and the coin gun and must beat the whole game (expert, hardcore optional).

Another boss challenge is to beat all three mechanical bosses at once.

I had an idea for a challenge.

1. You hack your way to hell. No altering of the world in any way.

2. You make a house with a bed, and set your spawn.

You have to try and get to the surface using only your copper tools and the things you can find on your journey.

the repair dude. its simple! just dont build your own house, but repair and live in naturally generated houses.

Dear, chippy gaming I played terraria on my Xbox 360 and then it was just "some game" but then I started watching your videos and my love grew for the game and I've recently bought terraria on my brothers computer and have been having a blast with the new update (that was not on console) So thank you chippy gaming for teaching me how to love this game
