RECIPE (6 servings each 150cal/2P/16C/7F):
-2/3 cup (150ml) chickpea water (approximately 2 cans)
WHIP IT UP until stiff peaks
-2 Tbsp powdered sugar
ADD/KEEP whisking for 1-2mins
-150g vegan chocolate
MELT/CAREFULLY combine everything/REFRIGERATE 1-2h and enjoy 😊

.... Whip up coconut cream and fold it through the 'meringue' and then fold in the chocolate. Makes it morish. Of course a pinch of salt is also needed. You could use Avocado for a velvet smooth pudding aswell.

I’m not vegan but that does look good I might have to try it out myself one thing you might want to add is some instant coffee/espresso powder because chocolate and coffee are best friends and some vanilla extract I would also add some orange zest to help liven things up

1) boil your chickpea water to thicken its up a little bit. Cool down.
2) use creme tartar
3) for taste add salt and little bit of instant coffee
