[LATEST] Three Chinese Astronauts Return To Earth After Longest Trip To Space

Three Chinese astronauts have returned to Earth after completing the country's longest crewed space mission.

They had left for space on the 17th of June. They spent 90 days at the Tianhe module on China's space station, some 380 kilometres above Earth.

The successful mission is being ticked as another demonstration of China's growing confidence and capability in the space domain.

The Astronauts touched down in the Gobi desert at around 1:35 pm local time on Friday.
