My team gets requests from our customer base; every one of our customers that buys our product also buys our support services.
So, when they are down or when they have technical support issues it’s important that we provide resolutions as quickly as possible.
The most successful individuals at Thycotic are the ones that are very smart, that like working in a collaborative environment, and who focus on the customer.
We’re very big on customer service—if you’re doing what’s needed to make the customer happy, then you’ll do very well here at Thycotic.
