Best wishes to those aboard MH370 and their families.
Now an obsolete theory; catastrophic uncontained failure of the left engine severs hydraulic lines, control cables and punctures the cabin. Sorry for the dark video; iMovie just had to mess up my FRAPS recordings. Also, most of the flight had to be done with SPD & ALT HOLD because VNAV ragequitted after a few FSRecorder replays.

electrical fire? first thing you do is pull the fuses. that explains why the recorder and transponder went out. You don't use the supplementary oxygen as well as it could fuel the fire. A probable reason is that the pilots and passengers were overwhelmed by smoke, and the plane continued on course. The autopilot remained on as it was set to guide them to their designated airport if they had a problem. It kept going on autopilot as it should, ran out of fuel, and crashed into the ocean somewhere.

Good video if I were one of the family members this would be hard to watch, because watching the plane go down and everything can cause the mind to imagine the suffering and discomfort that the passengers could have faced if they survived the drop if it did happen

Really beautiful video mate. Beautifully made. But I think the 777 is not going hopeless out of control when one engine fails. It could fly quite a while futher with one engine. Then they could have made a emergencylanding somewhere. But this just isn't right.

Okay, I appreciate that you're trying to pay tribute to these souls that are lost. I use the word lost lightly. Because we do not know what has happened to them. They could be alive or dead. You don't know for a fact that the engines went out or not. So it's basically impossible to re-create the events at this point. I actually find this video kind of disturbing, no offense. There's families out there who literally have no idea where their loved ones are at this point; and they seem to be getting know where in the searches.
