In this video, Brian shows you how to use the Super Simple Registration (SSR) System. In a matter of minuets set up a multi-color print job with the help of the SSR.

Take the SSR and slide it onto the screen printing platen. Attach any 14-16" platen, or smaller, but the SSR fits all platen sizes. Take a pre-exposed screen printing frame and slide it on the screen printing press arm attachment. Register the screen to the 3 points on the SSR. Tighten the screen frame to the press, and move on to the next color screen. Repeat the process until finished. We recommend doing a test print, in which the SSR can stay on the platen until you are certain all your colors are aligned.

Lawson's SSR System is a Super Simple Registration method integrates the Pre-Press Department, Screen Exposure and On-Press Registration for any manual and/or automatic press in the industry. No special tools, carrier sheets, or frames are necessary. Use your existing wood or aluminum frames - almost any size, style or brand of frame.
