What is Milk Explosion? 🤔 #DiscoverEAtHome

This week, Nicole uses dish soap to "explode" the fat in milk using everyday household items (and food coloring!) and explains the science behind it. 👩‍🔬🧪🔬 This experiment is one of the most interesting ways of studying fat or lipid behaviour around the chemicals in soap - which makes it so effective in defeating viruses and germs on our hands!

💡🗒✏️ What you need:
1. Tupperware
2. Dish soap
3. Milk (2%)
4. Food color
5. Toothpicks
6. Vinegar
7. Baking soda
8. Garbage bags (to protect table from spills)
9. Gloves (to protect hands from colors)
