I'm honestly just wondering who watches this and dislikes it. Or at what part do you dislike? It doesn't make sense. This is an informative nature video. I enjoy it man. Keep up the great work and dedication. I appreciate it.

Thank you, very informative.I come form a former comunist country, stinging nettle was part of the diet (when in season), and we called it "food for the poor". Todays culture dosen't show much respect for the plant.

Last year a friend was having an earache which he said he'd been plagued with all his life. I made him a quart of Stinging Nettle tea. The next day the earache was gone. Haven't heard of a recurrence since. We need to take advantage of this plant for healing. Enjoy your informative videos. Thank you.

My wife uses stinging nettle to help relieve the pain and swelling in her hands from rheumatoid arthritis. She literally picks it bare handed making sure she gets many stings. She claims her hands feel better after the itching goes away. It does seem to work for her. I like your videos and thank you for sharing.

I was a vitamin clerk for about a year. It's so nice to get a refresher when you start to forget everything you've learned before! I remember folks would look for the freeze dried stinging nettle for allergies and congested airways.

Thank you for sharing this new research information, Adam. Stinging Nettle is at the top of my list for wild-edible plants. Now I can confidently place it at the top of my medicinal-plants list as well! Your videos are always extremely informative and encouraging!

I love stinging nettle! When I was a kiddo playing in the woods, I would purposely let them sting me and make poultices out of mud and other plants to see what worked best to make it stop stinging. I never knew it was such a healthy edible until my adulthood. Now I gather it regularly and make all kinds of food with it. My favorite dish to make is nettle ravioli. I put it in the pasta itself as well as the filling for the ravioli. Thanks for sharing so much research about this amazing plant!

Just had some for the first time yesterday and wondered why it isn't accessible in grocery stores/farmers markets. Sauted with some garlic, it's absolutely delicious! I know it's used as fertilizer for plants but had no idea it had so many health benefits. Looking forward to eating it more often!
