not a fan of the fake grass, BUT i really do think that getting 2 or more uses out of any part of your home is really smart. i think more structures should be designed for multiple uses. it makes you feel like you are getting more than your money's worth, so to speak. and the family artwork is great too. any time you can get the kids involved, it's a great thing. nicely done.
