Seems like the bootloader is just gone. I have try to burn a new bootloader to both atmega 2560 chipset, and also the 32U2 chipset thats controlling the USB-data from computer to the 2560 chipset. Also I have try to push the ardupilot firmware through a arduino-sketch with no luck, there is something other thats not working on this board. The 3.3v regulator is fine, the 5v is fine to.
Everything was working great, the next day I was going to maiden my new airplane and just connected it to the computer to see that the compass was calibrated correctly.
This is a new APM that never been in the air, only mounted inside my brand new bixler2 that I had to cut open to get the APM out of again =(
