It's interesting to see that most ppl who watch these videos seem to think it's just someone who walks into a facility one day and just starts recording. They don't understand these videos are highly produced. Everything shown is rehearsed and choreographed to show the manufacturer in the best possible light. The workers are told ahead of time what to do. Nothing is left to chance.

I have driven Volvo cars assembled in both Torslanda and Ghent, for several years, and I have to say the quality of assembly is much superior coming from Sweden
