Lignetics Premium Wood Heating Pellets

Lignetics premium wood pellet fuel starts with select, all-natural, virgin sawmill residuals. These premium raw materials are combined into our proprietary blend for maximum BTU's and minimum ash and dust.This mixture is loaded into a hopper to begin the process.

The screener sifts foreign debris out of the raw material.The prepared material is then fed into a tumble dryer fired by excess sawdust from the process itself. Raw material is tested throughout the process to maintain ideal moisture content. After drying the material enters the pellet mills. Pellets are created by pressing the material through a die and cutting to size. Lignetics premium wood pellets are now complete.

Pellets are loaded into a 40lb recyclable weather-resistant bag.

The entire patented process is low impact and environmentally friendly.
