Image Processing-SegmentTool-video tutorial

This Matlab program helps to segment tack rocks images by using Gaussian filter, watershed segmentation, convex analysis and machine learning algorithm to generate PDS (percent degraded segments) values for each image. The PDS value is then compared with ground truth values (Fouling Index).
