This works for most enemies that counter close range, I managed to kill a Bull with this method when Kenji came out (the bull was kinda stupid tho it was low trophies)

No, Kenji still cant counter shelly. Shelly can just keep distance and shoot attack and getting super. If kenji will get to close to shelly he is also dead
