China Replaces Its Missing Foreign Minister Qin Gang

China’s foreign minister Qin Gang has been removed from his post and replaced by his predecessor Wang Yi, ending a month of speculation over Qin’s fate. Annmarie Hordern reports on Bloomberg Television.
