Mercedes Run SECRET W15 Test In Hungary!!! | F1 2024

After Lewis Hamilton's win in Britain, Mercedes have been constantly looking to bring more and more performance to the W15 race on race. And that continued in Hungary, with news has begun circulating that Mercedes secretly tested new W15 upgrade components on the car during the opening days two practice sessions.

With them having looked so competitive over the last 3-4 Grand Prix weekends, the team don't want to rest of the laurels after such an impressive display up again the RB20 & MCL38, and want to make sure rival teams can't keep up with them for the remainder of the season.

We've been hearing major upgrades for the W15 and even the word B-Spec W15, but we have yet to really see anything major from them. My thinking is, they had to get on top of the W15 which is a total shift from the W13/14. And maybe Mercedes have observed the struggles from Ferrari and Aston Martin when they brought major upgrades that didn't work. So it seems as they are taking more of a methodical approach which seems to be working for them.

The offical list of upgrades given to the fia by mercedes contained 1 part, that was the rear strakes for diverting air out the back and next to rear wheels. How could they have updates but not declare them?? 😊

We are going to see a larger gap between the top three In Spa. Max will run his own race. Mclaren and the Merc are too draggy still. Merc will be third no doubt. Lets hope for a bit of rain. then it's any ones game.
