The "wall" was always meant as a metaphor. Because Trump is sophisticated enough to present it as such. And his supporters are sophisticated enough to understand it that way. They knew he didn't mean a literal, "big, beautiful" wall. I mean, right?

I want to know, how many border patrol agents it would take per mile of the border . A tax paying border patrol, what would that cost ? It seems like 2.5 or even 1 billion would pay a lot of wages .

The main thing for me about "The Wall" is that I cannot, after many hours of thought, think of a better way to handle our illegal immigration issue. And everyone bitches about it but nobody has a better answer. It is a legit problem. I do not agree with everything the President does, but on this issue I would have to agree. If you have a better solution, plz let us all know.
