Central Pennsylvania DNC Delegates back Harris, react to Biden dropout

President Joe Biden has ended his reelection bid, and Pennsylvania's delegates to the Democratic National Convention now have a decision to make.

The national delegates will now have to choose a new nominee in a virtual roll call before the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, which begins on Aug. 19.

State Representative and DNC delegate Justin Fleming (D-Dauphin) says he is backing Vice President Kamala Harris.
