I'm from Spokane and have heard people from here call it all sorts of incorrectness. "spo-kain" is a common one I hear from time to time. There was one that had me do a triple-triple take though... Someone once called it "spo-kah-nee" o_O
I about died from nobreathforyouitis from laughing too hard...
