Great interview with Dr. Morris! I wish you would have touched on grains: the MIND diet recommends 3 1/2 cup servings of whole grains per day. And you advocate a low carb diet with very few grains. Would love to hear a compare/contrast of the scientific evidence behind these two positions.

Vitamin E and B12 are both in beef, which she says reduces risk of alzheimers. Saturated fat was almost 100% of the fat people were consuming in the 1800’s and there’s exponentially more alzheimers today. I’ve never even heard of alzheimers being a thing before the 20th century. It’s not saturated fat that’s the problem.
