this is mostly useless and is incorrect. See the only reason the footage looks like that is because of the hole in the potato having been done incorrectly and the blurs are not because it has a "potato stuck to it" its just that there is some thing blocking the hole. the best way to demonstrate this is to use an old camera or video cam or using the stock settings on an iPhone, It also depends on many frames per second a camera takes AND how big the sensor is, remember bigger the camera sensor more detail the footage will have.there are many more examples as in how it could be done.
