Today We will talk about some of your CFMOTO Clutches and Problems you may see while parts are wearing out. Some of this wear you see is normal while others is caused by having too tight of a spring. RedNeck will show you want to look for. All clutches will wear out eventually and Preventative Maintenance is Key to a Happy CVT and Longevity. If you abuse the clutch it wont last as long as its designed to. you should pull your clutch apart once per year at the very least and clean it and maintain it.

This Video, Its a year old but its the first one that has the same crap inside the cover as I have.
Its a 2017 z force 800 ex that I bought new in 2018. We use it mostly to push snow off the drive way. I have never opened one up until last night. The clutch quit a month ago. By Quit I mean I have to shut off the engine to shift the trans into a different gear selection. I fix stuff to pay the bills around here so mechanical issues are not new to me. I am just trying to wrap my head around how this thing is supposed to work so I can figure out what I have to do to get it back to normal if normal is a thing. Information on these seems to be somewhat scarce and I appreciate you bud!!!
