How to inject JavaScript into Blazor

One of the benefits of using Blazor is that it allows you to create an interactive app or website without needing to use JavaScript. Just because you don't need to use JavaScript doesn't mean you don't want to use JavaScript. Here are instructions to call a JavaScript function from inside a Blazor @code block.
