Finding Fossils - The quest for the elusive ammonite

Fossil hunting is an exercise to our patience and it is often necessary to deal with disappointment. I was a few weeks with a foot injury and as I had no opportunity to shoot anything, so I decided to show you one of my demands in the search for ammonites ... what for some can be very common, here is extremely rare.

I was thinking something bad happened to you because you had not posted!! Take care of yourself and get well before you go collecting again;the fossils are not going anywhere! :-) Too bad you did not find much in this episode but the country was absolutely beautiful!! patience and in time you will be outside collecting fossils.

Good luck with your injury and nice find with this ammonite
If i can have just a little advice for you search on google about geological maps it will tell you in what rock you are searching what is their age and maybe if you can find fossils in them

Feng Shui is pronounced Fong shway in the mandarin dialect with the fong having a steady tone sh getting gradually getting slower and way levelling out again.
Cantonese has a deeper tone feng shui with both words gradually speeding up in pronunciation. Canto has 9 sounds and is associated with the canton province and mando is associated with the beijing area but most of China understand it. Every province and region has its own dialect with different sounds so that's why you see different spellings of gong hei fat choy. Some westerners in Vancouver think canto is mando simply because he had more people who spoke Cantonese in the area a few years ago. Hopefully, that made at least a little sense.
