While You Were Sleeping (1995) - A Lesson on Leaning

Set during the Christmas season, this movie gave me a lesson on "leaning".

I further learned in the ensuing years that when you're attracted to someone, the position of your body is attuned to them. You keep yourself turned towards them and are attentive to them. You might even feel yourself leaning towards them because you want to kiss them.

If you're not physically attracted to someone, your mind isn't even going to bother with the thought of getting closer.

This 1995 Christmas rom-com stars Sandra Bullock as a union transit worker in Chicago. Over 25 years later, it’s still a delightful holiday watch.

My husband and I saw this movie for the first time at a lovely, family operated, drive-in theater just outside of Winston - Salem, NC back in the '90's. What a fun movie, and what a fun night we had. Especially me watching my husband drool over Sandra Bullock. She still has that effect on him 20+ years on.
