I can't put into words how much these videos have helped me. I live 5 months at home where I grew up and 7 in college, across the country. I've felt really torn between these two lives, and really lost in my first year in college and away from my family and friends of 18 years, but these videos have genuinely helped me so much. This unexpectedly made me cry in a good way, I can just feel the emotions you were trying to portray. All the hard work and effort you put into not just this video, but the event as well. When you said finding people who are like-hearted, that made me emotional. I've always just had work friends and never really friends outside of that that were as passionate about creating meaningful experiences with me. Until finally meeting Aidan in person. I've had friends but it's felt more like business transactions where they would "want to hang out" but it would be at an event that I would have to either pay to get in or pay for food, etc. And my last time meeting people I thought were my friends went horribly, I was pretty much ignored the entire time, even though I drove all the way to California just to meet them.

Being able to meet Aidan, Kyle, Lexi, Aaron, and everyone else that was there made true friendship finally click for me and they are the definition of like-heartedly. I felt like I was actually paid attention to, and allowed to speak freely, and it was so incredibly effortless. They motivated me to create again and your video was a perfect explanation of that.

Also, when your Creator Camp was over, and it cut to you being back to your academic career, it hit me. How much I've let school and work dictate my entire life. I haven't been able to fully be me and experience life and beautiful moments because I've been trapped behind putting way too much of myself into my work. To the point where I was literally injured at my last job and I've been afraid for my future. I've had extremely physical jobs my entire life and have run myself into the ground for them. Always working overtime, making everything as perfect as possible. And then, when I was injured, I was terrified. I have literally woken up crying because I was in agonizing pain and that I wouldn't be able to work much longer. That's literally been my entire life...just working.

Life is terrifying but sometimes we create that atmosphere for ourselves by not sticking up for ourselves and prioritizing the wrong experiences that will stifle our growth instead of helping it flourish. You are motivating me to break out of that mentality, you and all the other incredible creators you've showcased <3
