If the market will fall by 50% as a result of election mayhem, isn't that likely to affect most stocks across the board? Maybe not, but wouldn't it be safer to wait on those recommended 'buy now' stocks until after the election to see what happens? Perhaps the downside risk exceeds the risk of missing out on possible gains in the short term?

It doesn’t sound to me that Rick has lost a good chunk of his income and all of his savings to realize that his plan to do well is extremely difficult to implement and could take decades to break even. I agree to implement the ideas but, there are those who still don’t own their own homes. People suffer in different ways and different lengths of time.

Great conversation. Thank you! I dont agree with the rich giving more value however. What about a preschool teacher or a very good parent who teaches their child how to express feelings and relate with empathy to others? Someone who denies workers a decent wage in order to reward shareholders is not a good person in my view. They are paid way too much for harming far too much of society
