22:50 Have you ever tried a 1/4" ratcheting wrench, combined with the bit of your choice, for dash speakers with super low clearances? It can be a little bit of a hassle to get stuff broken loose with that setup (what you used may be better), but once it's loose it's faster. I would typically use something like a pry tool in my opposite hand to hold the bit in to the fastener while I turn it with the wrench.
