Kelis is an ARTIST personified. Such a unique and talented woman who stays true to herself. She never conformed to main stream just for success on a larger scale. Sorry to knw she didn't receive royalties she deserved for this project and was allegedly betrayed by the Neptunes.

Vejo vários comentários de pessoas do CHARME nas plataformas falando de "IN THE MORNING" .. O que muitos não sabem... que fui primeiro DJ a tocar essa musica em Baile Charme! Recebi o CD na semana que lançou em 1999 :) E sempre que tocava nos meus sets, os DJs falavam que a musica era ruinm, estranha.. toda quebrada.. não tem ritmo pra dançar.. enfim.. TA AE.. SUCESSO TOTAL NOS BAILES CHARME DO RIO DE JANEIRO foi por muitas e repetidas insistências que essa música pegou no CHARME (Na época a música de destaque era a outra: CAUGHT OUT THERE) faixa do mesmo álbum.. que por sinal no álbum tem outra que tocou muito no Charme foi "GHETTO CHILDREN" e a timidamente "GAME SHOW" que tocou pouco.
