This is the video to watch after you buy the paint sprayer and you want to double check you understood the instruction manuel. This video was really helpful.

The proof is in the pudding bro, less trying to verbally sell it and more physically showing it in action is what sells it for me.

Seems to me that the features of this spray painter is on the same order as your garden hose spray attachment. Remember to add like a tablespoon of water per gallon of latex paint before you stir it up, then take a cup of paint and test it by dropping the paint into a regular funnel and watch to see if it comes out of the other end of the funnel smoothly and a consistent flow of paint then you are ready. Also watch stirring the paint you don't whip and create bubbles in the paint or it will cause the spray gun to leave spots with no paint on the surface you are painting. There's a video on that too.

I paint for a side gig (30 apt and 3 houses) last year and have been using the HF airless for a few years. I use the FFLP tips from Gracho. Maybe I am spoiled with my previous setup but I bought this one for small jobs and it overspread everywhere. I took it back and they charged me a restocking fee and I still took it back.

When using latex paints I can't recommend Floetrol enough. You're finish will come out smooth as glass. I've ever painted a window's trim with a chip brush because that's all I had at the moment thinking I'll just hit it with some fine sandpaper and give it a 2nd coat. When I came back to it you would think it had been sprayed, not a brush mark in sight.

I just bought this machine yesterday, as I've got a bunch of interior doors to paint. Last time I did a bunch of doors it took FOREVER with a brush and roller, so I thought I'd give this a try. Not super thrilled with how the first one turned out. But, it was my first time, and I'm definitely not a professional painter. Hopefully the second time will go smoother.

This is perfect timing. I'm looking at this for some projects around the house. I want to start with staining my fence. Great job. I'll be following. 👍

Do you think this model is more bang for your buck compared to the wagner version and price of 180?

I"ve done spraying of all types for a living from cars and trucks to industrial HUGE equipment to houses. I gotta pull the trigger and give this a shot. ive painted recently hundreds of cabinet doors with gravity feed guns. They work, but you really have to thin the crap out of them..

Does anyone know why nothing gets sucked into the tube. I have tried water only but it never goes into the tube to even get to the tip. I have cleaned everything that I can see but is there somewhere I ama not looking? thank you!

Yo, yo!
Saw your vid from HFT.
Very Helpful.
Probably made a sale for them with that informational footage.
Question.
Will this tool be able to spray the Plastidip paint?
They sell a thinner product for HVLP paint sprayers.

I used mine to paint outdoor chairs and it worked mint ( 1 mm tip) the other day I used the 3mm tip to paint a ceiling and it came out like pop corn lol, I couldn't find the right adjustments to stop it from splattering the closest I got was lowering the fluid control and raising the air pressure

Victor, when using this spray system, I was spraying some cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I used the smaller gun. BUT, when you're not pulling the trigger to allow paint to exit, is air suppose to come out of the spray gun nozzle? I was in a confined area in my basement, and when NOT pulling the trigger I found that the gun was still spraying air, which at times it blew some debris up and blew all types of dust and crap around my work. Is this working properly? Thanks Paul

I was going to get the Wagner Flexio 3500, but having seen this I'm not so sure. For the moment, I have about 70' of fence to paint, and I figured from viewing this that I could use the larger sprayer to quickly apply the solid finish I bought from Lowes. I know you say that the larger nozzle doesn't need to have the paint diluted, but this stuff from Lowes is so thick that it barely comes out of the viscosity tester. Would that be the way to go about the job, or should I dilute it by ten percent and go with the finer spray? I guess the one thing in favor of the Wagner is that you're only lugging around the handheld unit, whereas the Avanti requires taking the vacuum unit along as you're painting a fence.

Thanks for this content. It's great to learn more about this sprayer since there isn't much content online about how it performs. I need to go back and watch your prior video too on it! I plan on spraying thinned paint/primers and even wood finishes (waterborne polyurethane) with it so I think it should work well based on your review.
