well i watched the video that "answers" this question, they dont give much of an answer. makes you wait through several failed jokes, talks about obscure things she likes such as kittens and pinball, then reveals that she isnt related to ben at all.

Alyson is the brains, Ben is just a puppet there for his looks.

Duh, she's his mother. She died shortly after Ben was born, but Ben made a time machine using old computer parts & a Delorean [to be featured in a later episode] and brought her back with him to work on his YT channel.
