In this episode, we're looking at the Snowflake Connector to see how we can get native Apache PyArrow tables as output from our Snowflake database. There are many projects using PyArrow instead of libraries like Pandas, because PyArrow is generally faster and can handle very large datasets better (though this is changing as Pandas uses PyArrow in 2.0). This direct-to-pyarrow feature was not available when I started this series, and so it has been exciting to start using it. Let's go!
