Self analyzing doesn't work if you're the one you're trying to analyze. You do know that right? So my take... You were delusional and somehow snapped out of it. That happens BTW with some people who have schizophrenia. As they grow older some of them snap out of it. I know it sounds nuts😅 But it's true. Not saying that you're schizophrenic but delusional - probably.
