Hey Joseph, Happy New Year! Any thoughts on this vs Exposure X7? Always been a big fan of Exposure for years, and it’s film emulation presets plus all of its other tools. Be interested to know your comparative thoughts. Thanks, my friend! ✌🏽🎞

Thanks and happy holidays to you as well. Especially for such wide-ranging and complex tools as DxO offers, such webinars are always helpful to flatten the learning curve, as there are many features/processes that aren't intuitively obvious. That said, many people neither use a Mac nor rent Adobe products (for example, I own PL5/FP6 Elite and Nik 4, plus PaintShop Pro 2022), so it's always bothersome how many of these tutorials are done on a Mac and primarily from the Adobe user's perspective. It's fine to add "BtW, if you use LR/PS..." comments, but it seems strange to assume that most FP users don't use PL for RAW processing. Besides the different keyboard combinations, the appearance doesn't even match! For example, in PL4/5, none of the buttons on the bottom of the screen (such as those for New Mask) even appear. Maybe it would be bet to do separate webinars--one or Mac/Adobe users and another for the rest of us (or maybe have chapters so we can skip the Adobe references). Just a thought.

Re the printing question, I can get amazing prints out of my Epson P900 and would never give a lab the last say regarding my artistic output. There's of course a learning curve with any printer (printing is an art in itself) but there are many great paper choices (Epson has some outstanding ones) and it's always a thrill to see what you envisioned magically emerge from the output tray...
