I never expected this scene to be animated so well. Yuba charging Ninomiya is so epic here. I also love the attention to Detail everytime like in 0:04 where you can see that Ninomiya actually released two waves of Hound Bullets, one low and a higher one.

For all of the people out there. I wanna inform you to say that Ninomiya was "one step away" from losing. Yuba was not weak and he knew that. He timed and executed his plan flawlessly. Yuba could have won but Ninomiya countered him perfectly

For anyone wanting to watch or continue World Trigger, here’s a timeline I’ve gathered (should be pretty much accurate):

*You can split Season 1 into two parts*

-Part 1 is 48 episodes. First 21 episodes are for introducing the characters + some world building. Episodes 22-35 cover a new arc (Invasion) and is where it gets really good. Episodes 38-48 cover the start of a new arc (Rank Wars) and is great.

-Part 2 is 24 episodes (eps 49-73). You can actually skip episodes 49-63 if you want (its filler [I think?] but still interesting). Episodes 64-73 continue the Rank Wars arc.

-Season 2 (12 episodes) covers a really good mini battle arc (eps 1-4/eps 74-77) + continue the battle of the Rank Wars (eps 5-12/eps 78-85).

-Season 3 is 14 episodes (eps 86-99) and is pure battle in the Rank Wars with about 4 episodes of decent exposition/character development.

Basically, in seasons 2 & 3, the animation was greatly improved, pacing became better, & there’s more character development.

Man the Animation in this episode was absolute bonkers clean, this anime is so underrated it is such an amazing show.

Yuya Takahashi (the guy from the final episode of Dragon Ball Super and Vegeta vs Broly in the movie) worked on this episode and it shows !!
The animation and the storyboard were on another level.
Easily one of the best episodes of the series.

This was Yuba's episode, even though he bailed out. All of his scenes were so well done. Even the mundane ones like him chasing down Inukai. Edit: It's not getting a lot of attention, but the sound design in this episode was amazing. The impact of Nino's bullets really felt powerful.
