The best bits from a few days in Sainte Foy, Feb 2020.

The hike at the start is going up from Sainte Foy to Le Clou, via Le Monal. I lost the track in the trees somewhere above Monal. Dont ask me how ! It was dark. It lead to a rather hairy skin up the ice of the avalanche chute. This took way too long and I was going to miss the sunrise, so had to stop for photos before Le Clou.
Its still a cracking walk as the sun comes up.
We then did the Foglieta and I did a few laps of Col Granier at the end.
