It's challenging to understand the POTY because many would presume it's a positive thing. But, since it involves all situations including the bad ones I can certainly understand why Kate would be on that list --- the whole debacle of the photos resulted in her (Kensington palace) a NOT trusted source and likened her to North Korea.
