Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cento Roasted Peppers, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz goat cheese, softened
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Cento Garlic Powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Directions:
In a food processor, combine roasted peppers, cream cheese, goat cheese, Worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic powder, and cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth and combined. Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, shaping it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. In a small bowl, mix pecans, pine nuts, and rosemary. Unwrap chilled cheese ball and roll it in pecan and rosemary mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks evenly. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or veggies. Serves 8-10.
