Spare no expense for the rich celebrities but give $750 to people in N. Carolina for hurricane relief.
As for the excuse of no power to operate the water system pumps: I dont know how they do it in Ca. but in my state our water departments have back up generators for power outages so they can keep the water flowing. Sounds ludicrous to me that a state as rich as Ca. doesnt have the same capabilitiesl.

I am not without sympathy for those affected by the California fires. But I have strong feelings about this whole situation and the way this administration has handled this situation as compared to Helene. Promises being made to throw all resources at Calif while the victims of Helene are still doing without. FEMA showed up, made decisions about your party affiliation and then avoided areas where Trump was being supported. And now we, the taxpayers are paying for the mismanagement of a Governor who has neglected provide for the safety of Californians. The unfairness of the Biden-Harris administration can never be forgotten nor forgiven!
