I love the chaos, this is usually me when I’m trying something new lol. I tried to make those potatoes balls with mozzarella cheese inside. Oh god did I fail lol, you’re supposed to make the mashed potatoes first but I added milk and butter. You’re only supposed to add seasoning and corn starch or potato starch to the mashed potatoes. I tried to add the cheese into potato balls but it was so sticky and falling apart everywhere. The first two I made just fell apart in the oil, the smaller pieces started to burn. It was just a soggy, greasy, sticky nasty mess. 😂😭
