One of my favorite things about this channel is the bonus content. Like I knew I was about to learn about composting but the watermelon harvest was such a good addition. Keep it up, you guys are one of my favorite channels 💯

Excellent vid again showing me something I didn't know. Shortened intro is better for people with short attention spans. Nice hat change also. Keep up the good work 👍

I have been doing that for some time and was embarrassed to tell anyone! My friends have bins. I decided to skip bins. Thanks for confirming my practice!

Crimson Sweet is my favorite watermelon variety, but I also grew the seeds from a Crimson Sweet that made a hybrid with sugar baby! It was a good mix of sweetness and good texture. This year I have all sorts of “crimson baby” melons growing and am excited to see how they turn out.

Tennessee red clay is also kinda loamy, not like your sandy soil. Did you add this sand? Or, is just sandy? Soil needs organic matter, quickly...Loved the video

Forgive what is probably a stupid question,
but: do you have to do anything to deter critters - rats, raccoons, foxes, etc - from rooting around in your bins/piles/buried scraps?

Thanks so much. Absolutely love your stuff :)

You can conpost anything that was once alive like meat, milk, McDonald's and any other fast food

Very good video!!! And after you finish off the watermelon…you have some more to bury. You help feed the little guys they help feed you.
