Electrical Conductivity with salt water & sugar water

In this video I test water conductivity with a simple experiment which shows how water changes its conductivity when you add salt to it. (Also I added sugar to see what happen)
This is a simple conductivity test of liquids.

it's the electrolytes that are conducting the electricity, and since electrolytes carry charge; the higher concentration of electrolytes in a solution, the higher its electrical conductivity. And you can see this at 0:45. Also sugar is non electrolytes that is why it didn’t dissociate into ions

Or some special salt
