3 Ingredients no-churn chocolate ice cream that has all the creaminess, flavor, and richness of the real thing! Naturally sweetened, vegan, and gluten-free.

What we use at the Food Metrica kitchen:⬇️

Ingredients:
* 2 cans (800 ml) coconut milk full fat
* 15 oz (300 g) pitted dates
* 1/2 cup (60 g) cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Soak dates in warm water about 30 minutes. Drain. Save a water ( 1/3 cup).
2. Add dates to a food processor and process until small bits remain, add water a little at a time until it forms a thick paste. Scrape the mixture off the sides of the food processor.
3. Add coconut milk and cocoa powder to the date paste and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer ice cream to a container and place in the freezer until frozen (4-6 hours to overnight).
5. Set out for at least 30 minutes prior to scooping, and use a scoop warmed under hot water for a proper scoop.
6. Will keep in the freezer for up to one week, but best when fresh.
