It’s so helpful, and I love the energy you have with your clients/friends. The part about overshooting candid shots was such a ah ha moment for me. I feel like I’m a bad photographer if I take a lot of shots of one pose. I always end up not loving any candid shots I take, but that’s because I’m probably under shooting! Thanks for giving me permission to slow down and really take my time when it comes to candid photos!

I had an outdoor couple’s session scheduled for today but because I live in the unpredictable Midwest, the weather is being uncooperative. I said yes to an indoor shoot. These videos have been super helpful. Can you please tell me the mode you are shooting in and if you are just using light from the windows and overhead when useful or are you also bringing in additional lighting?
