Those DAIKIN units are much better then the other brand they own which is Goodman . Daikin for the most part for I've learned is like trane they make their own compressors.

What do you think of the DX13SA and DX13SN units. Got a qoute today for having and AC unit put in my old 1930’s 2 stiry home. The company quoted us $13, 800 for the top of the line package with all the bells and whistles and UV filter system. This included a new natural gas 100, 000 btu furnace to replace our old one and a 14seer AC. Not sure which air handler as they didnt write down any of the model numbers for anything. The quote included duct cleaning.

What region do you live in? I can't get any single phase Daikin equipment in Mid-Atlantic except for mini splits. Just Goodman and Amana. Would like to see the brand here
