Whatever you do “Just Keep Moving”. Advice from my soon-to-be 100 year old Lola (grandma in Tagalog). This is the advice she always gave me growing up, and I want to share it to the world! She is living proof that movement is life. I remember our long walks to church and to the post office. Our strolls in the park, rain, shine, or snow. If she still had the same stamina today she would, but at 99, she’s found other ways to “keep moving” from home. I hope you’re inspired by her as much as I am. She is not ready yet to lay her body down and go home. She enjoys her life.
I really like her attitude. She is a true warrior.

I usually don't comment on shorts. This video almost made my cry. My grandmother lived to be 91 and she was the best thing that ever happened to my life. Enjoy everyday with her. And posy more videos. The world needs positive things nowadays
