I think it is a good idea to take it seriously but easy enough for the boat and the crew. The composition of the crew members seems perfect to me for this. To finish first, you'll have to finish - the harder you push, the more stress the crucial components have to take. Wait and see how the leading two boats can get away with that if they continue like this. Good luck to all, but in my heart I'm a "Malizian"!

Unbeknownst to some of the commentators the Malizia Team is not here to entertain us! They are in a brutal race and I am amazed by what they have done so far to let us be part of their adventure. Give them some space and let them do their job. Go Malizia!

Yes, understandably both Boris and Yann look tired. But I'm also interested in the crew's analysis, which is why Malizia clearly loses to the leading boats when the weather conditions are actually favourable. Are you at the limit or do you decide to push a little less than the others to protect the boat? How is the situation? I'd love to hear from you about it...

I think you look good pushing Holcim and 11th Hour in a more conservative mode while they are more on the edge.
Go go go! 👏🏽

i have a question: what conditions would suit the boat better? In the Southern Ocean the boat seemed to be optimal, is it different know?
I hope you find your groove and make up ground. Go Malizians!!!

Even downwind in strong winds, which supposedly is favouring the boat, they are loosing on the leading boat. Just checked in. 84 miles to 11th Hour and 30 to Holcim. More than 10 miles in the last 4h. Charlie is flying! The mood seems pretty dull and even Antoine is not able to cheer them up. As always crossing my fingers for the happy end.
Find your course and your winds Malizians. Go for the win!
