I'm female, and I have Adhesive Capsulitis in both my shoulders, and am unable to lift my arms to brush or wash my head, so I've shaved my head since 2013. I go to my barber every 6 week to have my head washed and shaved, and in between I use baby wipes to just wipe my scalp down because I can't reach up. I can bend my head down and reach most of it for a single pass with a wipe once a day, but even that hurts my arms & shoulders and is a real stretch. The crown is the hardest part to reach.
More women should try the bald look, if you have the head shape to carry it off, its so freeing! The hardest part is I live in southeast Alaska, and you do loose a lot of heat through your scalp in the winter! I wear a skull cap under a crocheted hat 24/7 during the winter months to stay

Best thing you ever did dude. I had long thick hair and I noticed it over the years getting thinner and the bold patch on the crown growing bigger. Over the last few years my hair went thin and straw like, small thin hairs on top. Decided to shave it all over and it felt really good and I absolutely love it shaved down to 2-4mm. You know it's bad when you shave your hair and you don't hear the difference in noise from the hair clippers until you get to the back 😂😢
