My favorite thing that he said was how it felt as if he was "returning home" to be reunited with his friends and family!! Even though he was a little guy and probably hadn't lost anyone significant yet, his spirit KNEW that it felt that way!
So many people describe the exact same thing and personally I believe the same thing! I believe Heaven is our true home and while it feels like an eternity here in this life, it's only a moment there! ❤

At the age of ten years old, July 2, 1956, I not only broke my elbow but also knocked it out of place. I was placed in a hospital and the following is what I remember. I was rolled out into the hall and a nurse opened a can of ether. They placed a metal form with cloth onto my face and poured out the ether liquid onto the mask. She told me to count backwards from ten. I barely got to 7 and I became unconscious. While unconscious, I found myself walking toward an inverted tornado. The large end I was coming close to. The smaller end went way upward, as far as an eye could see. I got to the tunnel entrance and a couple things I noticed. I saw the tunnel moving clockwise and strange (as if seeing an inverted tornado was not strange enough), as the walls were bright multi-colored stars and the tunnel was making, what I perceived to be a hum, up and down. I was fascinated with the wall and reached out my hand and touched it. woke up, with my mother holding my hand. The first words out of my mouth was, "Mom, I was at a tunnel!" She said it was just a dream. I did not speak of it again until 1976, when I purchased Dr. Raymond's Moody book "Life After Life. That is when I began to figure out what happened to me while being under the effects of ether. It has been a life long study. Just a couple of years ago, I had written to the office of Dr Moody and through the secretary to Dr. Moody, he did explain my situation and through her, he thought it was a near-death-experience.

My heart burst for this family. Trying to find the ‘best’ price for tonsillectomy is painful to say in a sentence. I KNOW the 1950’s world. It was a tough time. So many are complaining about 2024, I’d like to see them live thru the harsh realities of the years before the 1960’s, when culture opened its heart a bit. My mom suffered rheumatic fever and it’s always a result of an ‘unmedicated’ strep throat. Before Jonas Salk invented antibiotics (1924), many died. This NDE filled me with many prayers of deep gratitude.

When I woke up in a hospital room after my tonsils were removed there was an old man standing at the foot of the bed and he said: The President has been killed.
It was November 22nd, 1963.

I seem to hear more stories that sound a bit artificial, with words that sound like chosen by a professional storyteller. It could be coincidence, or a trend, I don't know, but I find it distracting. The stories with simple words sound more authentic to me.

Happened to me, during heart operation, I seen nothing. Just dead
